Platelet-rich plasma injections helped to heal a torn knee.

My name is Lind, I am a Certified Nutrition Consultant, a Certified Health Specialists, a Certified Natural Health Professional, a Naturopath, and self proclaimed organic food chef. I believe the path to great health begins with good nutrition and positive lifestyle changes. Once you get those right, all else will follow naturally: balanced gut, stronger immune system, better mood, improved sleep and concentration, reduced stress and anxiety and attainment of well being.
After a serious car accident resulting in physical and health challenges I turned to nutrition and lifestyle changes to heal more quickly and efficiently. Along with my medical doctors I implemented a wellness model to guide myself through my recovery. During this time I came to understand first hand inflammation and autoimmunity and how they relate to chronic pain. I learned to understand gut health and the immune system and their important roles in my healing.
I am a firm believer in viewing each patient as the unique individual that he or she is and customizing a plan to suit his or her specific needs.
Healthy bodies are built and fueled by nutritious sources of food energy. Teaching you how to fuel your body properly is a huge part of what I do. Good health is far more complex than just what’s passing through your lips. In order to reach optimum health and find a sense of balance and confidence within yourself, we (you and I) need to evaluate and address those imbalances through changes in your food and lifestyle habits. I’ll guide you to create healthy food and lifestyle habits so you can achieve balance in all areas of your life. We’ll work together to tailor good food habits that helps you thrive, not just survive.
  • I’m here to guide you to make good food choices every day.

Welcome to Precision Nutritional Consultants – a Functional Medicine approach to overcoming and healing chronic pain. This is a systems-oriented, patient-centered approach that aims to address the underlying causes of chronic disease, that engages both the patient and practitioner in a therapeutic partnership through prevention and nutrition.
Our extensive blood panels tell us how your body performs its functions, rather than looking for a diseased state. We use state-of-the-art specific testing systems: advanced blood testing, urine testing and, if necessary, stool testing to evaluate our patients with chronic pain, inflammation, autoimmune and endocrine deficiencies. We find out where the imbalances are and begin the resolution of pain, inflammation and autoimmunity. When dealing with regenerative medicine the healthy state of the body aids in its maximum regeneration. When optimal regenerative cells are harvested and delivered back into the body the recovery time is expedited. A healthy body will generate better quality cells and respond to growth factor signaling once the cells are delivered into the affected body part, such as a joint or disc.
Lab testing is important because it shows a trend toward disease. Lab testing tracks progress. Lab testing improves compliance and support.
Our bodies are different and it’s my job to help you work out what your body needs to perform at its best. As we work together, we devise an eating plan for you that is not only nutritious but also delicious, enjoyable, and sustainable.
In our practice, we encourage our patients to live their best, healthiest lives. Please contact us for more information and a nutrition consultation.
